-Patterns of Stucco Finish Aluminium Sheet-

Stucco finish aluminium sheet features various patterns and textures applied mechanically or chemically. These patterns not only provide a decorative effect but also enhance the material's slip, wear and corrosion resistance.

Stucco finish aluminum sheet comes in a wide variety of patterns, with the following common types:

1. Orange Peel Pattern:

Description: This is one of the most common and widely used embossing patterns. The surface is covered with fine, evenly distributed raised particles resembling the texture of orange peel or leather.

Features: It offers excellent slip resistance, abrasion resistance, and stain resistance, and effectively hides minor scratches and processing marks. Its appearance is relatively subdued and versatile.

Applications: Widely used in architectural curtain walls, interior decoration (walls and ceilings), ceilings, elevator cabs, furniture panels, appliance housings, and vehicle body panels.

2. Diamond Pattern:

Description: The surface consists of regularly arranged diamond-shaped protrusions and depressions, forming a distinct grid-like pattern.

Features: Excellent anti-slip properties, especially when the pattern is deep. Significantly increases the rigidity and bending resistance of the board.

Applications: Commonly used in industrial platforms, stair treads, truck bed panels, worktops, workshop floors, ship decks, cold storage floors, and other applications requiring high strength and slip resistance.

3. Five Bar Pattern (willow leaf pattern):

Description: The surface typically consists of five parallel, equidistant, raised ribs (three or four rib variations are also available), with grooves between them.

Features: Excellent longitudinal anti-slip properties, and the grooves facilitate drainage of water and oil.

Applications: Particularly suitable for applications requiring extremely high slip resistance, such as cold storage floors (to prevent ice buildup and slipping), ramps, industrial workshops, food processing areas, and ship passages.

4. Pointer pattern:

Description: The pattern resembles a compass needle, arranged radially.

Features: Combines a certain degree of slip resistance with a unique decorative aesthetic, resulting in a smooth and natural visual effect.

Applications: Primarily used in interior decoration applications such as walls, ceilings, and elevator cabins, these materials seek artistic and modern designs.

5. Lentil Pattern

The surface features raised lentil-shaped bumps, offering excellent anti-slip properties. It is commonly used for cold storage floors and workshops.

6. Spherical Pattern (Hemispherical/Pearl Pattern)

The surface features hemispherical bumps resembling small pearls. This pattern is both aesthetically pleasing and offers high strength. Suitable for applications such as packaging and lamp reflectors.

7. Hammer Pattern and Bean Pattern

-Hammer Pattern: This pattern mimics the hand-forged texture and has a vintage metal feel. It is commonly found in lamp reflectors and decorative panels.

-Bean Pattern: This pattern features densely packed small, granular bumps, creating a unique tactile feel. It is suitable for applications requiring enhanced friction.

8. Pebble Pattern

The surface features irregular, rounded bumps that simulate the feel of pebbles.

Suitable for flooring or decorative panels.

Industry Applications of Stucco Aluminium Sheet:

- Home Appliances: Classic orange peel and bug patterns (variants of orange peel) are commonly used in refrigerator and air conditioner casings, offering both anti-slip and aesthetic appeal.

- Lighting: Hammer, bean, and spherical patterns enhance reflectivity and are commonly used in LED reflectors.

- Architectural Decoration: Five-bar and pointer patterns meet anti-slip requirements, while wood, stone, and water ripple patterns enhance the design appeal of a space.

- Packaging: Spherical patterned aluminum sheet offers high strength and is suitable for outer packaging; diamond patterns are often used for pipe packaging.

Stucco finish aluminum sheet uses a roller-pressing process to create a concave and convex texture on the surface. Some patterns (such as spherical and hammer patterns) can be further enhanced with oxidation or color coating to enhance corrosion resistance and decorative effects. Materials used include 1060 pure aluminum, 3003 aluminum-manganese alloy and 5052 aluminum-magnesium alloy. The 5000 series alloy offers greater corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in marine applications and humid environments.
