3. Production process
The typical process is "two coatings and two baking":
- Pretreatment: alkaline washing and degreasing → chemical conversion treatment (chromate or chromium-free passivation), forming a 1.5-4μm thick conversion film to enhance the adhesion of the coating.
- Coating and baking: Roller coating of polyester or fluorocarbon coating, initial coating thickness of 5-7μm, top coating of 10-14μm, baking temperature of 180-220℃, curing time of 3-5 minutes.
- Embossed molding: Preset patterns are pressed out on the surface of the aluminum sheet by precision rollers, and the embossing height difference is controlled at 0.1-0.8mm, and the flower formation rate deviation is ≤5%.
